Thank you for joining the millions of people who are building the eighth wonder of the world – the Wall of the World.

 

We do our best to provide you with complete and up-to-date information about the project and to ensure the effective functioning of the registration system. However, software may be susceptible to the occasional error. If as a result of a software or a technical error you have not received your required information, for example, the confirmation of your registration or if you have any queries please contact us in English, German or Russian.

Please note that in this section we have also placed answers to some of the questions and problems that may arise:  

 

 

I made the registration but did not receive any confirmation to my e-mail address and do not see my data in the Browse the Wall section. Why?

 

Possible reason is the technical error. Please write to us at support@walloftheworld.org, it is preferably to attach the cope of the payment order, for us to check why your registration was not acknowledged.

Another possible reason – registration was not acknowledged because it does not correspond to the registration regulations.

 

I see my data added to the Browse the Wall section of the website, but did not receive the electronic certificate by e-mail.

 

Possible problem. If you have not received the confirmation by e-mail, either the servers handling the e-mails might be at fault or your mailbox was full. In order to receive the confirmation e-mail, you must have at least 400 Kb of free space.

 

Solution. Please contact us to request another e-mail confirming your registration. It is important that you e-mail your request from the same address that you indicated for the receipt of the certificate when registering. Write to us at support@walloftheworld.org and give your first name, surname, registration date and approximate time. Please note that processing your request will take some time and we normally process all requests within two working days.

 

I have registered and received the confirmation by e-mail, but do not see my data in the Browse the Wall section of the website. What do I do?

 

Possible problem. In the Browse the Wall section you will see the details of all project’s members in a chronological order. Try to locate your data using the search option. Enter your first name and surname the same way you entered them when registering. If you are still not able to find your data there might be a technical problem which we will definitely correct.

 

Solution. Please write to us at support@walloftheworld.org and give your first name, surname, registration date and time, and the city you indicated at the time of registration. To facilitate this process please state the certificate number which is found at the top of your PDF certificate. We will examine the situation and correct the problem within two working days.

 

I have ordered a hard copy of the certificate by post, but have not received any.

Possible problem. Postal delivery is within 30 days. If you have not received the certificate within this time, you may have given the wrong postal address, the postal services may have made a mistake or our staff may have misaddressed it. All our mail is sent by registered post (with recorded delivery) and we can therefore trace why you have not received it. If the delivery has failed due to our or the postal services fault, we will post a repeat certificate free of charge.  However, if you are at fault you will need to reorder the certificate.

 

Solution. Please write to us at support@walloftheworld.org and give your first name, surname, certificate order date and time, and the postal address indicated in the order. We will examine the situation and come back with an answer within two working days.
