Guarantees
The project developer undertakes to:
- Maintain the website www.walloftheworld.org and thus provide a chance for its visitors to register for engraving their data on the Wall of the World.
- Within 1 day of accept of registration, e-mail to the applicant’s indicated address the certificate of registration in PDF format.
- Mail to the indicated postal address a hard copy of the registration certificate within 30 days of ordering the certificate, if the applicant specifically requests a printed copy of the certificate.
- Engrave the data of all the people who have registered on the website, except for registrations that are untrue, unethical, unlawful or otherwise unfit for recording. Registrations containing such information will be deleted without being engraved on the Wall of the World.
- Start searching for the investors in order to attract funding for the park construction and launch the construction works as soon as the critical mass (1 million people) of project participants is achieved
- Continue registration until 65 million people have registered.
Refunds
- The donations cannot be refunded.
- The money paid for purchasing the certificate cannot be refunded. In the case you have not received the ordered certificate, contact us to find out the reasons and arrange repeated mailing. The certificate is a souvenir, which serves as an acknowledgement for the project participant, but is not a mandatory requirement for participation in the project and having your name engraved on the Wall of the World.
Controls
We will provide you with the following control tools:
- Counter of valid registrations. Each page of the website will display the current number of people who have registered their data for engraving on the Wall of the World. The number is calculated as follows: [all registrations] MINUS [deleted registrations]=valid registrations that are automatically published on the website.
- Viewing of valid registrations. All valid entries to the project are available for viewing on the website www.walloftheworld.org.
- Transparency. The latest project related news and information are published on www.walloftheworld.org.
- The project’s financial reports and records will be audited in accordance with the applicable law.
Security
We will apply two types of security – process and construction related.
The process related security is provided in the following way:
- The not-for-public data entered upon registration are available only to the employees of the Wall of the World and are stored on the web administrator’s part of the server. These data are accessible only via designated IP addresses subject to double authorisation.
- The data storage server is located on one of the most secure hosting sites.
- The data base is registered in accordance with the applicable law.
The construction will be covered by the following safety and security measures:
- Insurance. We will insure the Wall of the World starting from the first day of construction.
- Security. We will arrange for manned guarding services and technical security measures such as video surveillance systems and infrared perimeter protection.
